an adequate stay

great location european style poor air circulation summer heat

the location was great. it was near shops, restaurants, and transport links. the area was especially vibrant during the evenings. the room size was larger than average for big japanese cities. i liked the variety of japanese and european style items at breakfast.

the air conditioning unit repeatedly turned off on its own. i had to manually reset it every couple of hours. this made it difficult to sleep, especially during the summer heat. the overall air circulation in both the room and the hallway was poor. this further impacted my comfort.

The hotel's location is fantastic. Dotonbori is just a short walk away. The room was clean and the bed offered great comfort after a day of walking.

The air conditioning unit occasionally turned off by itself, requiring me to reset it, a bit disruptive, especially at night.
